Located 20 minutes from Montargis and Pithiviers, 45 minutes from Fontainebleau, 1 hour from Orléans, and 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, it is ideal for a couple's holiday or a business trip. Ground floor:
- Living room with open-plan kitchen: Lounge area (sofa, sofa bed 90x190cm, coffee table, TV), fully equipped kitchen area (sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 3-zone induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle).

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) with blanket and pillow (one per person), wardrobe, dressing table, and crib. Curtains on the window.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) + 1 extra folding bed (80x190 cm) with blanket and pillow (one per bed), wardrobe. Curtains on the windows.
Outside:
- At the rear, a small garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
- A private outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

The owners live on the premises and offer two other accommodations on site, adjoining the Chez Pascal gîte. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

End of stay cleaning is included.
