The house has a beautiful and spacious backyard with the subway close by in an up-and-coming neighborhood called Little Pantin ("The New Brooklyn" writes the New York Times).
You are very close to Paris (3 metro stations), close to the Parc de la Villette (La Cité des Sciences, La Philharmonie, Le Zenith, cafés, clubs and night bars).
Parking in the garage available for an additional fee, which varies depending on the length of the rental (exact size of the garage visible in the photos).
Metro line 5 is 3 stops from Paris and takes you directly to Porte de Pantin, Gares du Nord/Est/Austerlitz, République, Bastille and Nation).
You are also not too far from EuroDisney by car.
At the bottom of the street, you access the Canal de L'Ourq for walks or outings, restaurants and entertainment.
You are in a quiet residence offering a large public park.
2 bedrooms on the first floor and a bedroom in the basement, the latter fully fitted out (windows, office, TV, DVD and an arcade game machine!) and constantly ventilated (VMC). (The bonzini table football is in the garage)
Charming indoor court surrounded by large bamboo trees for dining and relaxation. Here you feel like you're a bit in the countryside while enjoying the advantages of the city.
Around there are all the necessary shops (supermarkets, organic supermarkets, bakeries, local markets, pharmacies, night grocery stores...).
