Located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with lift, the modern Dimora Marconi has been recently renovated preferring a retro style flooring. The apartment is composed of a spacious living room with two single sofa beds and a big table with 6 chairs. The light colour palette and the big French doors through which you can access the balcony confer to the living room a beautiful brightness. On the other side, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a snack table and two chairs and a second balcony. The double bedroom has a nice wrought-iron bed, night stands and a 3 door closet. The second bedroom has two single beds, night stands and a closet as well. The two bathrooms both have a shower. There is also a laundry room and a utility room. The apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends. The apartement is also equipped with a TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, oven, microwave oven and everything needed to have a wonderful stay in Verona.

The apartement is located in a really strategic area, at about 1,2 km from Porta Nuova railway station and 5 minutes on foot from the Arena and to all other sites. Verona, being located on the route Milan-Venice is in an ideal position to visit the nearby cities of Venice, Mantua, Milan and Bologna (with train connections every 30 minutes). In the eveninig, you can spend nice and relaxing moments in the restaurants and cafés of the city center.

Per i check-in oltre l'orario, l'Agenzia Dimore Verona si renderà disponibile alla consegna delle chiavi dell'immobile con un metodo alternativo gratuito ma senza assistenza del personale.
Oppure con un sovrapprezzo di € 30,00 fino alle 22:00 e di € 50,00 dalle 22:00 fino alle 00:00 per il servizio notturno.

In case of late Check-in, Dimore Verona Agency provides an alternative way to hand out the keys, that is free of charge but without the staff assistance.
Alternatively, with a surcharge of € 30,00 until 10:00 Pm and €50,00 between 10:00 Pm and 0:00 Am for the night service.
