a historic residence of the Somascan Friars which in 2015 was transformed into a luxurious home of 800 square meters. The annex that stands next to the monastery houses a large 200 m2 living room with a central fireplace, a sofa, a billiard table and a living area. The living room has a long table, a counter and a kitchen for the exclusive use of guests; the whole area is very large and can comfortably accommodate groups of friends, large families and even couples. The wellness area extending from the main room includes an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and gym.A part of the large hall at the entrance houses a full kitchen overlooked by a wooden bar counter. Beside the kitchen there is a table for 10 people with chairs.Outside the house there is a garden at the complete disposal of guests: the area in front of the house is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas ideal for sunbathing. An area has been designated as a vegetable garden where guests can pick seasonal fruit and vegetables.
The property is 11 km from the center of Cernobbio and can be reached by car via the road that leads to Monte Bisbino.
The house has an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi where guests can relax with a drink. A stone-walled sauna has been created adjacent to the swimming pool . A door at the end of the corridor leads to the gym equipped with all the tools necessary for a complete workout.
The pool is heated only during the summer period: from 1 June to 15 October and will maintain an adequate temperature within tolerances.
The swimming pool is not heated during the winter period from 16 October to 31 May. During the winter the pool will be turned on only for bookings over 3 days.
