Positive: It was a beautiful mix of old world with new world amenities. The staff were helpful and had great demeanor. The breakfast excellent. And can’t get better location, steps from piazza Maggiore!

Negative: No restaurant. But still had room service if wanted.

Summary: It was the most pleasant experience and the Christmas decorating so beautiful
