Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location at top of hill with little car traffic. Cleanliness of sanitary facilities. Two different sanitary facilities, not far from each other. Quiet and peaceful with very nice view from front of tent. Dark at night.

Negative: A neighbor customer came on our last night and used two parking spaces, making parking inconvenient for us. But we did not have to park far. On first night an off-property local resident was having a loud house party until 02:00.

Summary: Peaceful and clean with great views from tent and property in general.
