Positive: - The apartment was spotless clean, spacious and fairly well equipped with almost new equipment. - Parking free of charge next to the apartment on the street was always available - Convenient location - further from the noisy center, but close to Maria Pia beach and just a few minutes by car to Capo Caccia, Punta Giglio and beautiful beaches further from the city.

Negative: - We couldn't open the bedroom window at all due to constant strong smell of gasoline from the backyard that would in a short time fill the whole apartment. - the owner Fabio is very nice, helpful and reacts promptly, but not him and neither of the ladies at the property speak English, so communication about any issues was complicated and unwieldy. - No sun umbrellas or any beach equipment available, you have to buy it on the beach or bring your own. - The check-in was inconvenient, since we were not notified in advance we can only pick up the keys in person from Fabio in a very limited time slot, due to which we had to cancel our plans and rush to Alghero to check in at 15.00, otherwise we would have to wait till later evening. I didn't quite understand why we couldn't do individual check in via keybox next to the front gate. - There's little privacy at the outer seating as it is not divided in any way from the neighboring apartment.
