The entire house is rented to a group and offers two bedrooms for up to six guests.
Guests have access to two bedrooms (double or twin beds), a bathroom with a window (shower, sink, bidet, and toilet), a living room, and a beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher, sink, countertop, four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, extendable round table with chairs, and satellite TV. A storage room is also available.

The owner lives opposite Casetta di Giovanni with his family of three and a dog in a separate building. The other side of the property borders a public road.
