Summary: Check in and check out needs humans!!!!!!!!!! One poor overworked woman is not enough. Fire alarm at 9am, but nobody in lobby bothered to tell us it was a false alarm. We had to ask. Otherwise the hotel was comfortable and everything else was nice.
