Delightful apartment from the late 20s, recently renovated, located in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Merano. Includes two bedrooms, a bright living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies, well maintained communal gardens and a parking space.
The apartment is perfect for one or two couples as well as for families with children. It includes a cellar for bikes or sport equipment.
Villa Rina offers the absolute tranquillity of a residential area combined with maximum accessibility. The house is very easy to reach by car (3 minutes from the Merano Centro exit) or by train (7 minutes on foot from the train station).
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and spreads over 90 square meters. It includes a modern kitchen with balcony overlooking the rear garden, a large living room with balcony, two bedrooms, a main bathroom and a secondary bathroom.
The living room is bright and comfortable, equipped with a 55” TV with access to satellite and Netflix channels, a large sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is brand new and includes a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a standard and a microwave oven, a 50ies stand-alone SMEG refrigerator, a table for 6 and is adequately equipped for those who love cooking. For families with small children, a cot and a Stokke highchair are available on request.
The closest supermarket is 300 meters away from the apartment, along with various shops and services.

Our apartment is ideally located, as it is very close to the city centre (600 meters) while being also easily and quickly accessible from the speedway: no struggle with the city traffic in order to reach Villa Rina.
Fridays are special for the neighbourhood because of the large weekly market: if you are in Merano on that day, it is definitely worth a visit.
Villa Rina is close to Merano train station – which is also the focal point of public transport. This allows you to comfortably many places of interest while leaving your car parked in the Villa Rina courtyard, enabling you to enjoy our fine wines and aperitifs
