Summary: The host Patrizia is lovely, really helpful. Comfortable and spacious house which is well equipped and with characterful designer furnishings and lighting etc. Though quite pleased to find a modern more traditional sofa than the seating cubes shown on the website photos. Excellent wifi in the house, though it didn't reach to the pool (not a bad thing!). Good aircon which managed to keep the 35C heat at bay. Be prepared for a couple of kilometers single track road with few passing places to get to the property. It's a quiet road though and we only met a couple of cars when leaving on the last day. Recommend visiting the small hilltop town Coreglia Antelminelli, and we had a lovely visit to the Orto Botanico in the Apuan Alps, amazing views of mountains made of carrara marble, and guided tours of the wild flowers just 5 euros each.
