Quaint, quirky and artsy, the Ferdinando Arthouse is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment located minutes from Naples ’Botanical Garden, the famous San Ferdinando Theater and only a short walk to the historical center of Naples.

Located on the 4th floor (with lift access) of a well kept residential building, this beautifully appointed 170 square meter apartment has recently undergone renovations and offers every possible comfort including WiFi and air-conditioning / heating throughout.

Upon entry you can enjoy a mish mash of modern and classical décor. The expansive eat-in kitchen, with four burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the utensils imaginable, is the perfect spot to prepare a home meal should you decide to eat-in.

The kitchen opens onto a bright and airy lounge and dining room which enjoys high ceilings with double balcony, L shaped lounge with additional 3 seater sofa and flat screen TV. The space is relaxing and offers the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing.
