This beautiful two-room apartment is generously proportioned, with a living area of approximately 50 sq. m. It comprises a large living room with a complete range of kitchen units, a fireplace and a sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has two large patio doors, leading to seating areas of widely differing character. There is an alternative to suit every taste and every occasion: sit under a roof or in the open air, or under pine trees and cypresses, surrounded by rosemary bushes. Here you can let your gaze wander over Podere Vallari’s gentle slopes and its vineyards and olive groves.

The coastal scenery is varied, with steep cliffs to the north (Castiglioncello-Quercianella) and sandy beaches to the west and south (Cecina, Bibbona, Gulf of Baratti), offering something to appeal to every taste.
