The Villa, is divided into two levels, in the upper one, entering from the terrace, we have a large living room with satellite TV, walk and kitchenette, a double room with heat pump, a bedroom with two single beds and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower. On the lower level instead, a smaller double room with a bathroom and a washing machine. Immersed in the Mediterranean, it offers a sea view and a barbecue area in one side, in the other a relaxation area with outdoor shower and access to private parking.
The beach is about 300 meters, within walking distance is really beautiful. Just outside the village are Bar, Mini Market and Market, a Resort and less than a KM farm with riding stables, restaurant and Drive Center (diving also guided to wrecks of the Second World War, boat trips with departures directly from the village to the Marine Park of Villasimius and Isola dei Cavoli). Another nearby beach (about 800m) is the famous "Mari Pintau", followed by Torre delle Stelle with "Genn 'e Mari" and "Cann' e Sisa", Solanas and at 15 minutes the beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei.
