The property is on three levels: the ground floor is the living room with dining table, TV and sofa bed, kitchen equipped with brand new appliances and the first bathroom with shower and washing machine; on the second floor there are two double bedrooms overlooking a large balcony and the second bathroom also with shower; the third floor is the bedroom with two single beds overlooking the terrace with sea view.
