Summary: Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Staff was great and helped with getting transfers from the train station and to the airport. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: The location was excellent - within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and major attractions, and conveniently close to a taxi stand. The apartment was spacious for four people, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. The hosting team connected us with a local travel agent who arranged private city tours and made dinner reservations at fantastic restaurants. We truly had a wonderful stay!

Summary: There is no parking spot. Room is big but a little bit old. WiFi doesn’t work very well. Upstairs hot water doesn’t work all the time. Basement room is a little bit wet and smelly. Cleaning requires additional fee. But the location is good and convenient. You can go to anywhere by walking.

Summary: The location is excellent and the staffs were great. First of all, the location is central to all major attractions and with tons of dining options. Everything is within 30 mins walk. Second the area is very safe and surprisingly quiet at night, even though there are lot of restaurants nearby. Third Laura and the team are super accommodating. They offered airport/cruise terminal transportation service. They also allowed us to check out at a later time. Last but not the least, the AC unit in the room was better than many 4-star hotels.

Summary: We highly recommend HiSuiteROME. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and well appointed with excellent air conditioning and wifi. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a restaurant next door, FICO, for coffee and the staff there are also friendly and helpful. There is an elevator for guest use which is helpful for luggage. The hotel location is highly walkable to many attractions and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. We had an excellent experience.
