A third double bedroom, an additional living area with a sofa bed and a second bathroom are located in the bright basement floor, with access from the outside. It is the ideal holiday home for groups of friends, families as well as for two families due to the presence of two very distinct and independent sleeping areas with bathrooms, happy to meet all together in the living area or on the first floor veranda! Present: TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board; comfort of free parking in front of the house.
