Casa Vacanza Flora is a splendid 120 sq.mt apartment in the center of Sperlonga, in the sea area of Via Valle n. 8. The prestigious complex is particularly convenient and functional to enjoy the best of Sperlonga. It is on the second floor of a very cool and well exposed building. The sea view is an essential characteristic and loved by all our guests. Entering the house you have the pleasant feeling of open space being immediately, after a comfortable disengagement, in the large living room furnished with table, sofa bed, and functional TV cabinet. The living room is nice, functional and comfortable for good evenings in the company in front of a good movie. A wide terrace has a sea view and is unsurpassed for pleasant summer chats. The kitchen is adjacent and the size is important and respectable with totally new furniture and accessories, equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a full service bathroom. The main bathroom is located between the three bedrooms and is complete with everything including a shower. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine. In the bedrooms we have double beds maxi size. Comfortable wardrobes and useful mirrors are present at will. The sea view windows have a view that in the morning immediately put them in a good mood.
We are in Via Valle n. 8 (GPS coordinates 41 ° 15'35. 6 "N 13 ° 25'54. 2" E) along the most important route of Sperlonga sea, a few steps from the sea and the center. The location of the house is fantastic and at about 50 meters we find the seafront with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and any kind of welcome service. The La Lanterna bathing establishment, included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday are just a few steps away. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as a playground for children, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house in the country makes it particularly functional also for evening outings both to the historic center and to the more modern sea area. The rooms are very large to insert a cot.
Holiday Apartment Flora has recently been renovated and everything is neat and welcoming, from the installations, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with hot / cold conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer and for the cold of winter. Only one parking space is included in a private car park about 300 meters away from the house. Also this Holiday House, like all our houses, has the bathing establishment included in the price and within walking distance.

Extra charges
Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price as well as linen for bathrooms and sleeping areas. For periods longer than a week, at our care and expense, in agreement with the customer and on a weekly basis, all linen is changed. Cleaning is included only for the final one.
Beach service is included at La Lanterna bathing establishment which is the best for families in Sperlonga. Here you will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 beds + 1 director chair. The establishment is central in the village and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.

Sperlonga City Tax

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
Our house is very well looked after and we would like our guests to love it the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the neighboring people and not to smoke at home.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.

Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The country owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates that raged on the sea. Over a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the symbol of the Blue Flag and a beach with fine sand of which both young and old are enthusiastic, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with shops of artisans and shops of all kinds . La Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening gathering for a pleasant walk or a glass of wine in the company of friends. A few steps down we find the wonderful Belvedere walk. Attention you might fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Cave of Tiberius where are prominently found marble artifacts recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio found in the 60s. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful and overlooks the sea and dominates the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike through a very modern cycle path. A few kilometers away many countries and historic locations to know and visit: Gaeta ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, ancient city with the Baronial Castle and Cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much more.
How to reach the house
For those arriving by car you need to enter Sperlonga on the side towards Gaeta, arriving at the top of the village and get off the panoramic Via Roma. The road will merge into Via Cristoforo Colombo and then turn right into Via Valle. Still 50 meters and you will have arrived under the house. You can also choose to enter Sperlonga from the direction of Rome, finding yourself directly on the Via Valle. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary way by taxis and buses to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give because everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
