Positive: The room that I had was small but it was ok. Overall the place is very clean and tidy. The neighborhood is nice and there's a bar nearby and a supermarket. Short walk to the train station . You get what you pay for. And this place is good enough if you are willing to travel to Rome by train (30 minutes to the center of the city)

Negative: Sometimes noisy in the morning for a short period. Make sure you get there before 8. The communication wasn't that great
