Plantation is a beautiful country house located near Sampieri, a typical fishing village in the south-east of Sicily renowned for its long, golden sandy beach. The property is immersed in greenery, even though only a few minutes' drive from the sea, it offers a large equipped terrace and a lush garden, perfect spots to relax enjoying the scents and colors of the Sicilian countryside.
The villa consists of two, adjacent housing units, it is characterized by large, cozy interiors and it is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind.
The main house features a living/dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a study, a toilet and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower). Furthermore, in the adjacent annex we find two further double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom (with shower), accessible from outside.
The villa is provided with internet Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, external shower, fireplace and heating.
Plantation thanks to its strategic position is ideal not only for reaching the beach, but also for visiting the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Noto, or Marina di Ragusa with its clubs along with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 30/07 to 26/08 changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 200 kWh (the extra consumption fee of € 0.40 per kWh is to be paid on the spot), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
City tax not included: according to the local law.
