It enjoys splendid views over three beautiful beaches (Mari Pintau, Kal'e Moru-Geremeas-Baccu Mandara, Torre delle Stelle), located in the private residential village "BELVEDERE MARI PINTAU" (Località Geremeas), on the coast for Villasimius, in about 300 meters from the Mari Pintau beach, whose name reflects its beauty and if admired from above it looks like a painting with magnificent colors, a crystalline sandy bottom with a pebble beach. At about 500 meters there is the beach with emerald waters and golden white sand of Kalè Moru, which extends to Geremeas and Baccu Mandara beach.
THE VILLA HAS THESE REQUIREMENTS:
