Positive: A couple of miles outside Verona; walkable downhill but best reached on return by taxi - and Hotel does lay on one round-trip taxi per day in the room rate. Excellent breakfast spread with lots of fruit, and hot options. plus daily home-made cake. 2 swimming pools - both outside, and inside with a sauna and jacuzzi, but not really heated. Can be crisp! Nice room (6) with good sized shower stall, and a nice verandah. Nice staff (thanks Silvia!). Never busy, with only 9 rooms.

Negative: Be aware there is no restaurant for evening meals. They have a list, and we walked the first evening (5 minutes on a track) to a really nice local one.
