As the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 8 kWh per day included (any excess consumption will be charged to the host on site). End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is an optional extra; whether or not the cleaning option is chosen, the tenant is expected to empty the rubbish bins, wash and put away the dishes, vacuum, give the bathrooms a basic clean, and tidy the furniture.
