Positive: Very good location for commuting to Venice and exploring the region - right next to the train station.

Negative: No soundproofing, we could hear the neighbors upstairs all the time. The rooms could do with some repairs. The ventilator was placed in the corridor, which means that noth rooms were hot while the corridor was freezing.
