Positive: The breakfast each morning was exceptionally good with a wide variety of food available, from fruit to cold meats and cheese and especially the typical Italian breakfast of something sweet. Tea and coffee were available and the coffee machine ensured that you had your choice of coffee.

Negative: As the place develops further, it would be a real boom to have a restaurant on site to cater for evening dining. This has financial implications but maybe it would be possible to begin with weekend dining. Local wine is sold on site and it would be lovely to enjoy the wine with a meal without having to drive into Otranto. If it was possible to provide tea or coffee in the rooms, that would be wonderful.

Summary: It is a beautiful location and our stay was peaceful and very relaxing. The pool was lovely .
