Completely renovated in 2021, the flat is located right next to the Old Port, an ideal location for discovering the city. Located on the 5ᵉ floor with lift of a historic building, this accommodation can accommodate 4 travelers.
Please note that this accommodation is only available on a medium-term basis (30 nights minimum)
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall which offers storage as well as a WC and then access the living areas.
- A large living room with a large television, study area, dining area and kitchen organize this space. A long balcony runs the length of the room, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.
- Upstairs is the sleeping area with its two bedrooms and two shower rooms, one of which adjoins a bedroom. Each room has a window and a small balcony, from which you can relax and admire Notre Dame de la Garde.
To comply with the law, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
