Comfortable and modern studio apartment in the heart of Bologna, in via Rizzoli, one of the most important arteries of the city, which connects Piazza Maggiore with the Two Towers. Most of the buses that go to the center stop here.

Via Rizzoli is very well-served: there are several bus lines running to Bologna Fair, the airport and the railway station (15 minutes on foot).

The apartment is located inside the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL). Via Rizzoli only allows the circulation of buses, taxis, handicap badges and residents. During the weekends, Via Rizzoli is pedestrian. The closest garages are located in Via Carbonara 2 (Garage San Pietro) and in Via Valdonica 4 (Autorimessa Piemonte).
