In the lush countryside of Marche region, in a quiet location and with a beautiful combination of luxury and privacy, Villa Nelpi overlooks the Adriatic Sea among the many patches of land of one of the most beautiful regions of Italy.
The house, with its total area of 500 square meters, is very welcoming and comfortable and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Consisting of three floors, it has 5 very spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a large living area with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom, which can also be transformed into a mini gym.
In the living room, located right at the entrance to the house, there is a lounge with a large leather corner sofa and a dining room for 8 people.

The Sibillini mountains are less than an hour away by car. You can devote yourself to nature, with excursions in the National Park, but also to skiing, with descents on the slopes.
