This charming property is located directly above the Lido di Camaiore, with a marvellous view of the nearby sea and the attractive coastline. It offers plenty of space for a maximum of 10 people (9+1) in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Interior
The living areas of the villa are located on different levels, which are adapted to the slope of the property.
From the loggia, which is equipped with a large brick barbecue, wooden table and wooden benches, you enter the comfortably equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher.
Through the kitchen and another entrance, you enter the large open-plan living/dining area with dining table and chairs, numerous sofas and armchairs, as well as various HIFI devices such as satellite TV, CD player, radio, etc. Wide French doors provide a cosy atmosphere. Wide French doors provide direct access to the large terrace and offer a wonderful view of the sea and the coastline, as well as the garden and the pool.
