Positive: Excellent apartment close to the Fiera Fair in Milan. Spacious, very clean and modern apartment with all required amenities. Comfy bed, pillows and large modern shower and bathroom. Good communication with the owner via WhatsApp, and easy access using the provided gate and apartment door code. Private and gated parking opposite the apartment very convenient and safe.

Negative: A few minor issues. In the English instructions sent via phone, the word "campanello" is not translated into English. This means "doorbell" sign on the keyboard when entering the given code to open the gate. You need to enter the numeric code and then press the small doorbell sign on the keypad. Only then will the gate open. I couldn't open the gate for 5 minutes; luckily, a neighbour came to help me. Also, there was a soft yet annoying and constant clicking or tapping sound coming from above the bathroom shower and you could also hear it in the bedroom at night. I could neither pinpoint the sound nor turn it off. Otherwise, all good.

Summary: Excellent appartement and location close Milan and the Fiera trade fair centre by car.
