The exclusive property La Conca is nestled in a lush Mediterranean garden with a breathtaking, elevated panoramic position in an open, sunny spot directly on the sea. Our guests reach La Conca via an otherwise car-free service road, the extension of the promenade of Imperia. It is only a few meters to the freely accessible pebble beach directly in front of the house. Here you are usually alone, even in the high season. At a distance of about 600 meters there are managed beaches with gravel or sand.
A small coffee bar and a restaurant are in 300 m distance. The lively town center of Imperia Oneglia with its famous harbor scenery is only 800 m away via the promenade. Here you will find everything your heart desires from starred restaurants to gluten-free pizzerias, from hip cocktail bars to enchanted café-bars, from colorful weekly markets to chic boutiques.
The large natural stone house is laid out over two floors. On more than 160 m² you have a lot of space in a comfortable ambience. Tasteful color scheme, exquisite furniture and many art objects offer even the most demanding guest a relaxed vacation atmosphere.
The bright, spacious living area on the first floor is divided into different areas. In the well-equipped kitchen, a bright dining area with access to the terrace is attached. In the right wing there is a dining room with a large TV area. In the back of the first floor there is another bathroom with massage shower and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the left wing, on the other hand, there is a fireplace room with an open fireplace and large floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive sea views.
The upper floor ca be reached by an ornate spiral staircase. Here there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with an en suite bathroom with tub, including massage function, a double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with access to the upper terrace and walk-in closet with sink and a bedroom with bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200) and shower room en suite. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In case of occupancy with more than six people, there is the possibility to rent another living-bedroom with modern shower room in addition (access via the upper terrace).
However, the soul of the house is the large, private outdoor area. On the huge terrace everyone will find their favorite place. The dining area with the large table in the shade of a large fig tree is also directly accessible from the kitchen. Different seating areas offer sun or shade, but all share the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. A comfortable outdoor shower with hot and cold water refreshes on sunny days. A midday nap on the open air bed (160 x 200) or a warm summer night under the spectacular starry sky without any outside light pollution is a unique vacation experience.
The access to the property is secured by an automatic gate and is also used by the guests of La Torretta. Your car is parked in a private parking space directly in front of the house.
The comfortable gas central heating also makes relaxed vacations on cooler days possible.
