Positive: Absolutely immaculate, greeted upon arrival and was told some nice information about local attractions. The owner did everything they could to make us feel welcome, would recommend to anyone who wants a friendly stay in an immaculate room, in a central Sardinia location where you can get to a lot of nice towns and beaches within an hour.
