It has been fully renovated in 2011 and is composed of 7 rooms including 4 double bedrooms, a dormitory for children (6 beds), an office, a living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, a shower room and 3 independent toilets. All the bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the kitchen and the living room open onto a very large Southeast-exposed terrace shaded with an electric awning and where you can take or meals or simply relax in the sun. A large 11x5 m pool, located on the South side, is adjacent to the house and equipped with a fully fitted summer kitchen that is under the greenery as well as an awning that shades a summer dining area. There are many accessories such as loungers, parasols, water polo material, fins, masks, pool noodles, etc. at your disposal.
